Do you teach any art classes?

Yes! I have made my first online art class available HERE More classes will be added as I get around to producing them. If you’d like to receive updates on new and upcoming classes, you can subscribe HERE

What art materials do you use?

What are Giclee Art Prints?

Giclee is a fancy word for fine art print. They are printed using pigment inks on quality 310 gsm archival cotton rag paper. All prints on this site are Giclee prints

How are your prints packaged and mailed?

Large prints are rolled with a tissue paper insert to protect the face of the print and wrapped in craft paper. Smaller prints are packaged with stiff board and Acid free print bags.

All prints are sent within sturdy cardboard mailers or tubes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2-5 working days for print orders to be posted.

I can not guarantee shipping times but on average:

Within Australia – 3-14 days

Please note that depending on the postal service, and holidays, within the destination country, these times may vary slightly.

All Prints are posted via regular Australia Post with tracking.

Please allow a few extra days for original to be posted. Originals are posted through a courier and are fully insured.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Please be mindful when choosing your art as returns will not be accepted for change of mind 

Can I return a product damaged or faulty?

Yes, Returns are excepted within 7 days of receiving purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note the purchaser is responsible for the return postage costs. The initial postage cost will be refunded only.
