Nothin’ but blue sky’s came from wanting to hold onto open space and light as the seasons change. I’ve always loved being outside, watching birds and animals in their natural environment, and I wanted to bring a bit more of that into this series.

As winter approaches and the blue sky slowly disappears, I’ve realised I’m already over the cold and really missing those endless blue days.

The works explore openness, movement, and space through layered, evolving mark-making that shifts as each piece develops.
